Duffy: Should return against Terrors

Duffy: Should return against Terrors

Darryl Duffy and Merouane Zemmama could return to the bench as they look to make their first appearances of the campaign for Hibernian.

Duffy (broken foot) and Zemmama (knee) have both returned to full training and manager Colin Calderwood is looking to get them involved as Hibs prepare to face United.

Young midfielder Sean Welsh has also recovered from long-term injury but Sol Bamba (hamstring) remains a doubt and Graham Stack (back) is still out.

Dundee United will welcome Danny Swanson and David Robertson back for the visit to Hibs.

Swanson has been missing for most of the season with a back problem but the recent enforced break because of the weather has given him time to regain fitness.

Robertson has been suffering from an ankle injury but, like Swanson, having five weeks off has allowed him to recover.

Garry Kenneth is suspended so will join Craig Conway (knee), Scott Severin (foot), Mihael Kovacevic (knee) and Darren Dods (knee) in the stand.

Hibernian (from): Brown, Wotherspoon, Hogg, De Graaf, Rankin, Hanlon, Zemmama, Trakys, Stevenson, Galbraith, Dickoh, Grounds, Miller, Duffy, Murray, Smith, Nish, Riordan, Hart.

Dundee United (from): Pernis, Dillon, Watson, Dixon, Douglas, S Robertson, D Robertson, Swanson, Gomis, Buaben, Shala, Cadamarteri, Goodwillie, Daly, Russell, Dow, Armstrong, Mentel, Banks.
