Omozusi: Hamstring injury

Leyton Orient will be without Elliot Omozusi and Adam Chambers.

Full-back Omozusi and midfielder Chambers have failed to recover from the hamstring injuries which kept them out of last weekend's draw at Rochdale.

But striker Jonathan Tehoue hopes to be fit having also missed out at Spotland with a tight hamstring.

Midfielder Matt Sparrow picked up a knee injury during that game, but he has trained all week and will be available.

However, Tottenham loanee Paul-Jose Mpoku came on for Spring and could be handed a starting place.

The O's are currently two points clear of the drop zone having lost just once in their last seven matches.

Gary Madine and Mark Reynolds could both make their debuts for Sheffield Wednesday.

Striker Madine and central defender Reynolds, signed for undisclosed fees from Carlisle and Motherwell last week, are both in contention, while recent signings Reda Johnson and Michael Morrison are both hoping to retain their places.

Defenders Johnson and Morrison both made their debuts in last week's 2-2 home draw with Charlton after arriving from Plymouth and Leicester respectively in permanent deals and played the full 90 minutes.

Another defender, Lewis Buxton (hamstring), and midfielder Giles Coke, who has recently undergone knee surgery, could return to the squad, but Jon Otsemobor (calf) remains sidelined.

The Owls, who have slipped to ninth in the table, are chasing their first league win in four matches.
