Stephen Hunt will miss out for Wolves.

Loan signing Jamie O'Hara could make his first start after coming on as a substitute at Bolton in midweek, and boss Mick McCarthy has confirmed that Ronald Zubar will start the match, despite the defender making the mistake which led to Daniel Sturridge scoring the only goal of the game at The Reebok.

Michael Kightly (knee) and Adlene Guedioura (leg) are long term absentees for the visit of the leaders to Molineux.

United midfielder Darren Fletcher is expected to face Wolves after suffering an eye injury.

Fletcher was forced to come off in the victory against Aston Villa in midweek after suffering blurred vision.

Rafael is pushing for a return to the side after returning to training following a bout of concussion.

Wayne Rooney will be looking to build on his brace against Villa as United bid to stretch their unbeaten league run to 25 games.
