Leven: Starts a two-match ban

MK Dons will be without midfielder Peter Leven.

Leven starts a two-match suspension after picking up his 10th booking of the season during the 4-1 win at Rochdale on Saturday.

Leven's absence means on-loan Norwich man Stephen Hughes could be handed his first start alongside Stephen Gleeson in the middle.

Central defender Sean O'Hanlon serves the last game of his two-match ban so Mathias Doumbe will again partner Gary MacKenzie.

Manager Karl Robinson saw striker Sam Baldock score his first goal since October at the weekend and the youngster has now finally returned to full fitness after a hamstring problem.

On-loan QPR forward Angelo Balanta is back in training after a lengthy spell out with an ankle injury but needs match fitness and will not be involved.

Charlton goalkeeper Rob Elliot is a major doubt.

Elliot went off at half-time in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Tranmere due to a hip injury and is unlikely to be fit.

If he fails to make it, Ross Worner could be set for a starting berth.

Centre-back Gary Doherty is unlikely to return after he missed out at the weekend with a hamstring injury so Miguel Angel Llera will continue in his place.

On-loan West Ham left-back Matt Fry (knee), midfielder Johnnie Jackson (Achilles) and striker Joe Anyinsah (ankle) remain doubts.

Striker Paul Benson made his first start since January 3 on Saturday after recovering from a hamstring problem and should keep his place.
