Dundee United defender Scott Severin could return for the game against Caley following a five-month lay-off with an ankle injury.
Severin's return comes at a welcome time for United with Garry Kenneth not yet fully fit following a knee injury and Darren Dods (knee) still out.
Craig Conway (thigh) is out for another fortnight, while midfielder Prince Buaben is suspended.
Inverness have an unchanged squad.
Irish wingers Jonny Hayes and Aaron Doran are pushing for more involvement after returning from injury late in the Scottish cup defeat by Celtic on Wednesday.
David Proctor (hamstring) and Dani Sanchez (hand) are again on the sidelines.
