Jay Bothroyd (groin) will be fit for Cardiff. It remains to be seen whether Michael Chopra will be involved despite making a speedy recovery from his hamstring tear, but centre-back Mark Hudson (knee) and goalkeeper David Marshall (elbow) remain in the treatment room.

QPR boss Neil Warnock has no new injury worries as his side look for the win to clinch promotion, barring any potential points deduction for a possible breach of Football Association rules over third-party ownership.

Kaspars Gorkss needed stitches in a head wound after a collision with a television camera against Derby on Monday night, but will be fine.

Fellow centre-half Fitz Hall could be added to the squad after recovering from a groin injury.
