Garcia: Hoping to overcome a knee injury

Hull winger Richard Garcia is hoping to overcome a knee injury despite being carried off in last week's 3-1 home win over Doncaster. Player-coach Nick Barmby (calf) is still a week away from fitness.

Middlesbrough striker Marvin Emnes will return from suspension.

The Dutchman has missed the last three games after being banned for violent conduct following an incident in the Teessiders' 2-1 victory at Sheffield United on April 9.

Full-back Joe Bennett will be missing through illness as manager Tony Mowbray prepares to use the depth of his squad, with Coventry due at the Riverside Stadium on Monday.

Mowbray had some good news on the injury front with a trio of absentees returning to action for the reserves in midweek.

Goalkeeper Jason Steele played the full 90 minutes against Lincoln's second string after recovering from a torn side muscle, while Jonathan Franks and Luke Williams managed a half each on their returns from ankle problems.

However, defender Seb Hines is out for the season with a fractured jaw and Merouane Zemmama, Justin Hoyte (both hamstring) and Nicky Bailey (ankle ligaments) remain on the casualty list.
