Hoskins: Injury doubt for Pirates

Bristol Rovers boss Stuart Campbell will hand Will Hoskins a late fitness test before naming his squad.

The 24-year-old striker missed last weekend's 1-0 defeat at Southampton after picking up an ankle injury against Lincoln the previous week.

However, the newly-named captain will be given as much time as possible to prove his fitness as Rovers continue their relegation battle against the Addicks.

Campbell has no other fresh injury or suspension problems but has options available should he choose to shuffle his pack.

On-loan winger Reggie Lambe is pushing for a recall following his 21-minute cameo against the Saints, while academy graduates Lamar Powell and Ellis Harrison are hoping for further involvement following their first-team debuts.

Experienced centre-back David McCracken, full-back Gary Sawyer and midfielder Jean-Paul Kalala are also available if required.

Charlton have no new injury worries to contend with.

But manager Chris Powell is still without goalkeeper Rob Elliot, captain Christian Dailly and top scorer Johnnie Jackson.

Elliot remains sidelined with a knee injury so John Sullivan continues in goal while back-up Ross Worner has returned to training after a broken finger and will be on the bench.

Dailly is suspended for the remainder of the season after his red card against Oldham so Jonathan Fortune should continue at centre-half.

Winger Jackson is unlikely to figure again this campaign due to an Achilles injury.

Striker Joe Anyinsah (ankle) and left-back Kelly Youga (knee) are still missing while contract rebel Carl Jenkinson will not be considered.
