Semedo: Back from a ban for Addicks

Jose Semedo will return to the Charlton squad.

The Portuguese midfielder, who was this week named the Addicks' player of the year, has completed a two-game ban and should go straight back into the starting line-up.

Winger Johnnie Jackson could also feature for the first time since February, having returned to full training after an Achilles injury.

Veteran defender Christian Dailly is still suspended so striker Bradley Wright-Phillips continues as captain.

Winger Kyel Reid is out with a foot injury and joins forward Joe Anyinsah (ankle) and full-back Kelly Youga (knee) on the sidelines.

Rookie winger Callum Harriott, 17, will be on the bench again after two bright cameos against Rochdale and Walsall.

Hartlepool first-team coach Mick Wadsworth welcomes back centre-back Sam Collins, with winger Andy Monkhouse also set to return.

Collins comes back in after being unavailable for the 2-2 draw at home to Bournemouth last weekend due to a one-match ban for his sending-off in the previous game and should regain his starting place.

Monkhouse missed the Cherries match after jarring his knee but he has returned to training and is expected to make the squad.

Wadsworth has hinted at making changes to his starting line-up for Pools final game of the season but he is unlikely to be able to include midfielder Paul Murray as he has missed the last three matches with a calf injury and remains a doubt.
