Yeovil manager Terry Skiverton has one injury concern before his side's home game against Southampton.

Craig Alcock missed the home defeat to Exeter at the weekend with a back injury and faces a late fitness test before the Saints arrive.

Stefan Stam took Alcock's place in defence on Saturday and is likely to retain his place with the experienced Adam Virgo continuing in an adopted role at right-back.

Stephen Henderson will continue in goal with John Sullivan still occupying the sidelines and Luke Ayling may be in contention for a start if Skiverton decides to change his defence that conceded three goals against the Grecians.

Striker Luke Freeman may have to settle for another substitute appearance as Dean Bowditch and Gavin Williams continue up front.

Southampton will check on Jose Fonte ahead of the trip to face the Glovers.

The Portuguese defender missed Saturday's 1-0 win at Sheffield Wednesday with a slight knock but Saints are hopeful he will be fit.

Radhi Jaidi deputised at Hillsborough and is likely to make way if Fonte comes straight back in.

Midfielder Adam Lallana made a surprise return to the squad at the weekend after four weeks out following knee surgery and should be involved again.

Striker David Connolly is set to miss out again with a stomach injury and full-back Frazer Richardson is still having treatment on a shoulder problem.

Lee Barnard will continue in attack after scoring Saints' first goal in more than eight and a half hours against the Owls.
