The youngster has been missing with an Achilles injury but resumed training this week and may be fit enough to play.

With striker Francisco Sandaza on trial at Swansea, United will look to captain Jon Daly and David Goodwillie to lead the attack, while winger Craig Conway is sure to play a pivotal role.

Defender Darren Dods is fit again after summer knee surgery so will partner Garry Kenneth.
