Teenagers Sam Winnall and Danny Batth will make their debuts for Wolves in Tuesday night's Carling Cup tie at home to Southend.

Fletcher: Will miss Southend clash

Striker Winnall and defender Batth will line up in a team which will not feature Steven Fletcher, who is still regaining fitness after missing Saturday's match at Everton with a bruised foot, or Karl Henry, who has a groin injury.

Steven Ward is currently unable to play two games in quick succession, having had a knee operation towards the end of last season, while Steven Mouyokolo is also unavailable due to a damaged hamstring.
