Edu was forced out of Saturday's draw with Inverness after suffering a calf injury but has more of a chance than Smith initially thought for Tuesday night's clash at the Mestalla.

Weiss also missed the second half at the weekend after struggling with a heel problem that had been bothering him in the warm-up and both will be assessed ahead of the European tie.
