Jelavic: Returns for Gers

Nikica Jelavic is set to return for Rangers.

The striker was ineligible for the Europa League tie against Sporting Lisbon in midweek but is back in contention for the weekend.

Steven Naismith (hamstring) and Jamie Ness (groin) missed the trip to Lisbon and are expected to be out for another two weeks, while Kirk Broadfoot, Lee McCulloch and Andrew Little remain on the sidelines.

Danny Invincibile could make his debut, but Jody Morris and Jamie Adams are doubts for St Johnstone.

Morris has a back problem and Adams sprained his ankle in the midweek 0-0 draw with Dundee United but manager Derek McInnes will wait to make a decision on their fitness.

Kevin Moon, who recently recovered from a serious knee injury, is also a doubt with a groin problem, but Chris Millar (hamstring) is again out and Sam Parkin (broken ankle) will not figure for the remainder of the season.

Rangers (from): McGregor, Foster, Whittaker, Weir, Papac, Bougherra, Davis, Bartley, Edu, Weiss, Fleck, Diouf, Healy, Lafferty, Wylde, Hutton, Jelavic, Alexander.

St Johnstone (from): Enckelman, Duberry, MacKay, Anderson, Morris, Taylor, Craig, Davidson, May, Samuel, MacDonald, Novikovas, Maybury, Caddis, Adams, Smith, Invincibile.
