Jon Daly (hernia) and Garry Kenneth (knee) will not make the game but could return later in the week.

Craig Conway is expected to brush off a minor thigh strain but Peter Houston will still be minus long-term injury victims Mihael Kovacevic, Darren Dods (both knee) and Scott Severin (ankle).

Chris Maguire completes his two-match ban for the Dons.

Zander Diamond missed the midweek draw with St Johnstone with an ankle injury but is battling to make the Tannadice trip.

Peter Pawlett (knee) remains on the sidelines alongside long-term absentees Yoann Folly, Darren Mackie and Fraser Fyvie.
