Balotelli: Clash of heads at weekend

City striker Mario Balotelli is fit to play against Greek side Aris despite suffering a clash of heads in the 5-0 FA Cup fourth-round replay win over Notts County last Sunday.

Shaun Wright-Phillips is also in contention again having been sidelined with a back problem.

Micah Richards has picked up what appears to be a calf injury, though, and will not feature.

James Milner (hamstring), Nigel de Jong and Adam Johnson (both ankle) remain in the treatment room.

Goalkeeper Shay Given is set to be out of action for three months with a shoulder injury.

Manager Roberto Mancini expects Given, who did not make the bench for the weekend cup win over County, will require surgery.

City drew 0-0 away to Aris in last Tuesday's first leg.

Manchester City (from): Hart, Taylor, Zabaleta, Boateng, K Toure, Kompany, Kolarov, Lescott, Wright-Phillips, Vieira, Y Toure, Silva, Barry, Tevez, Dzeko, Balotelli, Jo, Boyata.
