Higdon: Faces late test

St Mirren manager Danny Lennon is hoping Michael Higdon recovers from his knee injury ahead of the game.

The former Falkirk striker missed Saturday's 2-0 defeat at Aberdeen in the Scottish Premier League but will be given every chance to prove his fitness for the trip north, as will Marc McAusland who has a foot problem.

Patrick Cregg returns from suspension and Dunfermline target Hugh Murray is back in the squad for the trip to Balmoor Stadium.
