Peltier (l): Back from ban for Town

Huddersfield's latest loan signing Sean Morrison will be included in the squad.

Morrison, 20, was signed from Reading this week until the end of the season and is expected to be named on the substitutes' bench, with Peter Clarke and Jamie McCombe continuing their partnership at the heart of defence.

Clarke is playing on despite nursing a back injury, while another centre-half, namesake Nathan, is on loan at Colchester.

Town will also be boosted by the return of defender Lee Peltier, who may go straight back into manager Lee Clark's starting line-up after completing a four-game ban.

Kevin Kilbane is on international duty with the Republic of Ireland, so Peltier could be employed in midfield, with Jack Hunt retaining his place at right-back.

Striker Jordan Rhodes hopes to be in contention following his inclusion in the Scotland Under-21s squad, but defender Antony Kay (ankle), winger Anthony Pilkington (ankle/leg) and midfielder Damien Johnson (knee ligaments) are still out.

Notts County midfielder Ricky Ravenhill is likely to start following his successful return to first-team action.

The 30-year-old recovered from a hamstring injury to feature in the Magpies' narrow defeat to league leaders Brighton and has tipped his side to improve when the club's other injured players return.

Ravenhill said: "We just need a goal or a spark or something, a little bit of rub of the green.

"We'll keep on grafting and hopefully things will change for us."

Striker Craig Westcarr managed 10 minutes against the Seagulls after recovering from a knee injury and will be in contention for a starting berth at the Galpharm Stadium.

Fellow forwards Alan Gow and Febian Brandy could challenge Westcarr for his place if he fails to make the first XI.
