Arsenal will be without midfielder Abou Diaby (calf), while winger Tomas Rosicky is also doubtful with illness.

Centre-back Thomas Vermaelen (Achilles) continues his rehabilitation.

Mark Davies is also in contention for a starting spot after recovering from an ankle injury but Sam Ricketts (Achilles), Sean Davis and Stuart Holden (knee) are long-term absentees.
