Jamie Hamill is also suspended and would have struggled anyway with a hamstring problem.

Steven Old (ankle) has joined fellow defenders Mohamadou Sissoko, Frazer Wright and Ryan O'Leary on the sidelines.

Manager Walter Smith has no fresh injury worries.

The Scottish champions head to Kilmarnock on Sunday hoping to secure a third successive Scottish Premier League title.

Smith is likely to name a similar squad to the one who defeated Dundee United at Ibrox on Tuesday night.
