Novak: Concern for Terriers

Huddersfield manager Lee Clark will select from a virtually full-strength squad.

Clark's side took Cardiff to extra time before bowing out of the Carling Cup 5-3 in midweek, but only striker Lee Novak has given his boss cause for concern.

Novak, who has fired four goals this season, was forced off at Cardiff with a tight hamstring in the 26th minute and replaced by Alan Lee, but Clark expects the former to be fit to resume his partnership with Jordan Rhodes on Saturday.

Midfielder Anton Robinson suffered cramp on Tuesday night and was replaced by Oscar Gobern, but is also expected to retain his place in Clark's starting line-up.

Long-term absentee Damien Johnson has been waiting patiently for his chance to return to the squad following his eight-month injury lay-off, while Ian Bennett will continue in goal in the absence of Alex Smithies (knee).

Wycombe have everyone in contention for the trip.

Manager Gary Waddock made seven changes for the Carling Cup tie against Nottingham Forest in midweek.

Midfielder Stuart Lewis returned after a virus while winger Kevin Betsy featured for the first time this season after returning from international duty with the Seychelles.

Defenders James Tunnicliffe and Andy Sandell, right-sided player John Halls, midfielders Gareth Ainsworth and Scott Donnelly and strikers Ben Strevens and Stuart Beavon were the players to drop out of the team as Wanderers were beaten 4-1 on Tuesday night and all of them could be restored to the starting line-up.

However, the likes of Matt Bloomfield, Scott Rendell and Elliot Benyon will be hoping to keep their places.
