Ryan Harley returns to the Brighton squad.

Midfielder Harley missed last week's games against Liverpool and Leeds with a back problem but is fit and available for the Eagles' first visit to the Amex Stadium.

Winger Will Buckley is still sidelined with the hamstring injury he suffered in the Carling Cup defeat by the Reds and joins long-term absentees Tommy Elphick and Adam El-Abd in the treatment room.

Central defenders Elphick (Achilles) and El-Abd (foot) are still recovering from injuries suffered last season but hope to be back within the next month.

Spanish midfielder Vicente has made two substitute appearances since arriving as a free agent and is pushing for a first start.

Nathaniel Clyne is in line to return to the Crystal Palace squad.

The right-back, Palace's player of the year last season, has yet to feature this term after breaking his foot in a friendly at Bournemouth over the summer.

But Clyne resumed training last week and is set to make the short trip down the A23 to face the high-flying Seagulls.

Left-back Lee Hills (knee) and midfielders Kagisho Dikgacoi (hamstring) and Owen Garvan (hip) are therefore the only injury absentees.

Striker Glenn Murray will face Brighton for the first time since he turned down the offer of a new contract with the promoted club and opted instead to sign for their fierce rivals.
