Caley winger Jonny Hayes is a major doubt for the visit of the Pars after a groin strain delayed his progress following a shoulder injury.

But Lee Cox and Josh Meekings are in contention to play after taking their place on the bench against St Johnstone last weekend following injury.

Chris Hogg, Owain Tudur Jones (both knee) and Aaron Doran (shoulder) remain out.

Dunfermline welcome back Jason Thomson for the game after the on-loan Hearts defender missed the defeat against his parent club.

Andrew Barrowman is back with the squad after having his appendix removed but is two weeks away from a return.

Nick Phinn, Martin Hardie and Kevin Rutkiewicz are still short of a return while long-term absentee Steven Bell remains out.
