St Johnstone striker Cillian Sheridan will return from a hamstring injury for the game against the Buddies.

Midfielder Murray Davidson is a doubt, however, with a minor knee problem.

Striker Sam Parkin (ankle) remains on the sidelines.

St Mirren boss Danny Lennon meanwhile expects Jeroen Tesselaar to shrug off a knock.

The Dutch defender picked up the injury in the Scottish Communities League Cup quarter-final defeat by Ayr United in midweek but is expected to train today.

Hugh Murray (knee), Aaron Mooy (back) and Darren McGregor (knee) remain on the sidelines.
