Rhodes: Back for Town

Bury will once again be without experienced defender Efe Sodje.

Sodje must serve the second game of a two-match ban for collecting 10 yellow cards this season, having already sat out the 2-1 midweek defeat to Hartlepool.

Boss Richie Barker has no injury worries and recent signing Mike Grella is expected to feature from the bench once more as the former Leeds striker looks to build his match fitness.

David Worrall scored against Pools and the winger is set to retain his place despite continuing to nurse an ongoing groin complaint.

The Shakers are without a win in their last seven matches but midfielder Mark Carrington is confident their fortunes will turn around.

"I know we haven't won for seven matches but it is important for us not to panic," he told the Bury Times. "We've been playing really well and I'm sure we'll convert some of the chances we've been creating and give someone a good hiding soon."

Jordan Rhodes will be chasing his 31st goal of the season when he returns for Huddersfield.

The Terriers striker, who netted for the 30th time in last weekend's win over Exeter, missed the midweek draw at Stevenage as he was on international duty with Scotland Under-21s.

Manager Simon Grayson opted to partner Lee Novak and Alan Lee on Tuesday night and must decide who will make way - Novak scored Town's second goal at Stevenage.

Another striker, Kallum Higginbotham, stepped off the substitutes' bench in midweek and provides Grayson with an alternative option.

Grayson has no new injury or suspension worries but will still be without central defender Peter Clarke and midfielder Tommy Miller, who are continuing their recoveries from respective hernia injuries.

Huddersfield have lost only one of their last 12 league games but are six points adrift of an automatic promotion place.
