Caddis: Set for Robins return

Swindon could welcome back captain Paul Caddis when they take on Argyle.

The right-back has not played since the 4-0 victory over Dagenham on March 6 because of an ankle injury but is nearing full fitness and could feature for the Robins as they look to take a step closer to promotion at the County Ground.

Winger Matt Ritchie missed the away victories against Barnet and Morecambe, as well as the home win over Northampton, over the course of the past week after being substituted with a minor knock during the goalless draw with Bristol Rovers.

However, the former Portsmouth man could come back into the reckoning against the Pilgrims.

On-loan forward Jonathan Tehoue has been told he has no future at the club by manager Paolo Di Canio and will therefore not be part of the matchday squad.

Meanwhile, Argyle are sweating over the fitness of goalkeeper Jake Cole ahead of their trip.

Cole missed the victory over Aldershot on Easter Monday after suffering a groin strain in the Pilgrims' previous outing against Hereford, and the stopper may not recover in time for the visit to the table-topping Robins.

Assistant manager Romain Larrieu, whose previous start came in February, filled in between the sticks for Argyle and kept a clean sheet against the Shots - and the veteran keeper will deputise once again at the County Ground should Cole not be fit.

Otherwise, manager Carl Fletcher has no new injury concerns. Striker Juvhel Tsoumou returned from a minor knock to come off the bench against Aldershot and the on-loan frontman is pushing for a recall to the starting XI.
