The Addicks started brightly on Saturday and Bradley Wright-Phillips scored a brace, either side of James Henry's leveller.

John Marquis then netted twice in the space of three minutes to put the Championship side in the ascendancy.

Johnnie Jackson, who secured a new contract earlier in the week, brought Charlton level after the break but Hameur Bouazza secured victory for Millwall with 13 minutes remaining.

A crowd of 6,202 came out to support long-serving full-back Dunne, who captained the Lions.
