A knee injury to Roman Pavlyuchenko means Jermain Defoe will start up front, but the England striker is likely to be the only player who started against West Brom that will begin the game.

Sandro, Tom Carroll, Harry Kane and Jake Livermore will play while the likes of Scott Parker, Luka Modric and Emmanuel Adebayor will be rested.
