Clint Dempsey and Chris Baird have not travelled for Fulham's Europa League tie on Thursday night.
Dempsey will miss the clash with a thigh complaint, while Northern Ireland defender Baird is out due to personal reasons.
Steve Sidwell remains out with a hernia injury, although Orlando Sa, Damien Duff and Stephen Kelly have all travelled to Holland after recovering from injury.
