Dundee United will not risk Keith Watson on Airdrie's plastic pitch.

The right-back has a history of knee problems so won't feature, with Barry Douglas expected to come in instead.

Defender Gavin Gunning and Scott Robertson are expected to be okay despite carrying knocks, but Johnny Russel remains suspended after his red card against Rangers and defender Sean Dillon is also likely to miss out with a calf injury.

Dundee United (from): Douglas, Dixon, Kenneth, Gunning, Smith, Allan, Flood, Rankin, Armstrong, Robertson, Mackay-Steven, Hilson, Dow, Marsh-Brown, Daly, Dalle Valle, Banks.
