Sone Aluko: Could make debut

Sone Aluko looks set to go straight into the Rangers squad for their Clydesdale Bank Premier League game against Kilmarnock after signing for the Scottish champions this week.

Lee McCulloch and Kyle Bartley are also in contention for Sunday's clash at Rugby Park after recovering from injury but Sasa Papac and Lee Wallace are both doubtful.

Gregg Wylde is suspended, while David Weir and Steven Naismith remain on the sidelines.

Kilmarnock are sweating over the fitness of Paul Heffernan ahead of the clash.

Heffernan has been struggling with a groin injury but has been given a "70% chance" of starting Sunday's game at Rugby Park.

Goalkeeper Cammy Bell is back in contention after recovering from an elbow problem although boss Kenny Shiels has not yet decided who will be between the sticks for the visit of the Scottish champions.
