Hargreaves: Could feature against Arsenal

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed he will give some of his fringe players a chance to impress.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Emmanuel Frimpong, Yossi Benayoun and South Korea captain Park Ju-young are all in contention as some of the Gunners key men will be given a break.

Midfielder Abou Diaby is a doubt after picking up a muscular injury in Saturday's 1-1 Premier League draw with Fulham.

Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is planning wholesale changes for the game against the Gunners.

Striker Mario Balotelli and midfielder Gareth Barry are suspended, but may have been left out anyway after featuring in Sunday's Premier League game at Liverpool.

Former England midfielder Owen Hargreaves, fit after a recent calf injury, and defenders Kolo Toure and Stefan Savic are among the more high-profile players who could be involved.
