HALF-TIME Wales 1-0 Croatia: A great half for Wales, who were on the back foot for most of the half, but looked very dangerous on the break and could even be 2-0 up had Bale not missed a great chance.

Mandzukic again has a good chance inside the box but its again deflected and Myhill can gather easily.

Myhill again does well to palm away a deflected cross from the right, and Croatia just can't get the ball under control to have another meaningful effort on goal.

Sublime first time flick from Bale inside the box sets up Bellamy, who hits a low drive which is deflected but gathered by Pletikosa.

Pletikosa forced to punch under pressure again.

Great Chance! Wales go from their own line to almost score with Robson-Kanu's brilliant ball finding Bale free in the box, but after a good touch he blazes over the bar with just the keeper to beat - big miss.

Great break from Wales down the left and Robson-Kanu pulls it back for a fast-arriving Bale who hits a low side-footer at the edge of the box but Pletikosa is able to dive to his left and palm away.

Mandzukic takes on Collins as he attacks on the right edge of the box, but he shoots near post and it misses by a good yard.

Wales growing in confidence though and Bellamy's deep cross forces Pletikosa to come and dive full length to catch.

Myhill has to be on his toes as Modric's shot takes a huge looping deflection but the keeper backtracks to gather safely.

Both Croatia centre backs are now on a yellow card, and they look nervy as little Williams bustles into the box, but his cross finds no-one in the box.

Good response from Croatia as Srna smashes in a low cross from the right that Collins does well to put behind for a corner.

Williams again dances into the Croatia box and it takes two defenders to force him off the ball and clear the danger.

Bright start from Williams in the Wales midfield spreading the ball out wide to Bale.

We get the game underway - Boaz Myhill has to hurry to clear under pressure from two Croatians as the visitors get on the ball early.

Slight delay with the teams getting on the field while the penalty spots are given a fresh lick of paint following a complaint from the Croatia goalkeeper Stipe Pletikosa.
