Deadline-day signings Billy Clarke and Karl Hawley are pushing to make their Crawley debuts.
Clarke joined the Red Devils from Blackpool and fellow striker Hawley arrived on loan from Notts County until the end of the season.
One of the new boys is likely to start alongside Tyrone Barnett in attack as Crawley attempt to fill the void left by top scorer Matt Tubbs' move to Bournemouth.
There will be a further change on the bench after midfielder Ben Smith joined Aldershot on loan.
But boss Steve Evans has no new injury worries after Saturday's trip to Bradford was postponed and will stick with the bulk of the side which beat Hull in the FA Cup.
Meanwhile, Cheltenham will continue to be without centre-back Steve Elliott.
Elliott has missed the Robins' last two league matches with a calf strain and the veteran defender will not recover in time to face the Red Devils, with Keith Lowe set to deputise once more.
Otherwise, manager Mark Yates has a fully-fit and injury-free squad at his disposal.
Jeff Goulding returned to the starting line-up for the 3-1 victory at Macclesfield last time out and the striker will be hoping to keep hold of his place in the face of pressure from Jimmy Spencer and Daryl Duffy.
Midfielder Russ Penn will be looking for a starting berth, with Brian Smikle possibly giving way.
