Burns: A doubt for Dunfermline

Burns: A doubt for Dunfermline

Motherwell manager Stuart McCall has no fresh injury worries.

Defender Steven Saunders (Achilles) and goalkeeper Lee Hollis (hip) both remain on the sidelines through injury.

That means McCall could name a similar side to the one that drew with Dundee United at Tannadice at the weekend.

Dunfermline manager Jim McIntyre is likely to keep faith with the team that picked up only their second win since August.

The Pars are expected to have the same squad as the one which earned a 3-0 victory over Kilmarnock at the weekend. Mark Kerr, who made his debut at Rugby Park after returning to the SPL from Greece, will continue in midfield.

Paul Burns (dead leg) is a doubt and the Fifers will again be without the injured Paul Gallacher, Austin McCann, Nick Phinn and Steven Bell.

Motherwell (from): Randolph, Craigan, Hammell, Hutchinson, Jennings, Daley, Ojamaa, Law, Lasley, Hateley, Higdon, Murphy, Bradley, Carswell, Clancy, McHugh, Humphrey, Forbes.

Dunfermline (from): Turner, Dowie, Rutkiewicz, Keddie, P Boyle, Graham, Kerr, Mason, Cardle, Buchanan, Barrowman, Smith, Thomson, Hardie, Kirk, Potter, S Byrne, Willis.
