Bishop is nursing a groin complaint while Schumacher tweaked a calf as the Cumbrians escaped Gigg Lane with a last-gasp equaliser that leaves the Shakers still searching for a first league win this term.

The injury to Bishop leaves Blackwell with a headache in attack following Hull's decision to recall injured forward Mark Cullen (shin) from his loan spell.

Leicester loanee Tom Hopper is expected to continue up front, while Lateef Elford-Alliyu made a case for inclusion alongside him if Bishop misses out by scoring for the reserves in midweek.

Youth team striker Tom Pratt may also be involved.
