FT: Swansea 1 Chelsea 1

Chelsea drop more points after surrendering top spot in the Premier League to Chelsea. Swansea fought back for a deserved draw after Moses' opener was cancelled out by Hernandez. Williams is man of the match but Davies and Hernandez were both excellent for the home team. Torres had another poor game for Chelsea. Stay with us for all the post-match reaction.

Free-kick to Chelsea close to the halfway line after Shechter is booked for clattering Ramires. This is a chance to launch the ball into the box. But Cole's free-kick is easily headed clear.

90 + 3
My man of the match today is going to be Williams. He has had a fine game at centre-back when containing Torres and Oscar.

90 + 2
Graham gets a half-clearance on the corner and then, after a bit of a scramble, Swansea manage to properly clear up field.

90 + 1
Chelsea win a corner. Swansea are sure it should have been a goal-kick after a challenge between Davies and Azpilicueta. Ki is booked for contesting the decision.

ADDED TIME: There will be a minimum of four minutes added time before the final whistle.

Now Swansea have a head of steam. Graham gets to the ball and sees a shot from inside the box deflect for a corner. De Guzman's set-piece is headed clear by the unchallenged Azpilicueta.

It is a great equaliser with three minutes remaining. I spoke too soon about Chelsea getting the job done. After being teed up by Shechter, Hernandez from inside the 'D' on the edge of the box curls an effort past Cech inside the far corner. It could have taken a nick off Mikel.

Swansea really have struggled to create any clear-cut shots on goal today. They have missed an out-an-out striker and have over done things in front of goal on more than a few occasions.

De Guzman crosses the ball into the Chelsea box. But, on the edge of the six-yard area, Williams has strayed offside.

Free-kick to Swansea after De Guzman has his legs taken away by Hazard. This is 30 yards from goal in the inside right channel.

Hernandez plays a ball down the right for the run of Davies. But Azpilicueta does not take any chances and puts the ball out of play.

De Guzman is booked. He tripped Hazard and then kicked the ball away and showed a bit of dissent.

Chelsea move forward after Swansea over did it in their visitors' half. Swansea have been guilty of not taking on shots when they have had a chance today.

The hail has eased slightly as we enter the final 10 minutes. Chelsea are only playing on the counter-attack at the moment and are comfortable soaking up Swansea's pressure.

Michu's afternoon is over and he is replaced by Shechter. Chelsea respond by sending on Bertrand in place of Oscar, who does not mind leaving the pitch in this weather.

Graham turns on the edge of the box and gets a shot away but it is blocked inside the penalty area.

The hail is now hammering down at the Liberty Stadium, which could make for a lively last 13 minutes plus added time.

Cech meets the corner with a bit of a messy punch. But referee Friend blow for a foul for pushing on the goalkeeper.

Lucky attempt from Dyer. It looks like it was probably a cross but he gets his direction wrong and almost chips Cech, who tips over for a corner.

With his first touch, Sturridge plays a good pass into the path of Torres in the penalty area. But Torres is not concentrating and had not anticipated the pass. Goal-kick to Swansea.

Sturridge comes on in place of Moses. He had the chance to play down the middle in midweek but will have to play in a wide area today.

Chelsea are getting ready to send on Sturridge.

For all Swansea's nice play and praise for their cup heroics, they will not need reminding, if it stays like this, they will have won only one of their last eight Premier League matches.

Again, Swansea cannot find that correct final ball. That has been the story of their game. Graham runs offside after the pass was delayed.

Hazard plays a back-heel to Oscar and then, inside the penalty area, collects a return pass. But Williams is able to block the Belgian's volley.

Swansea's fans have not lost faith and have been chanting non-stop since Chelsea took the lead.

Di Matteo is at the edge of his technical area to shout some instructions to his team. Since taking the lead, they have been prepared to drop off Swansea until their hosts enter the attacking half.

It is an attacking change - sacrificing Britton - which Laudrup often makes. Graham will go an join Michu in attack.

Chelsea make a double change. Graham and Dyer come on in place of Britton and Routledge.

De Guzman takes the free-kick from approximately 30 yards from goal. But it is wasteful. He gets underneath the ball and sends it high over the crossbar.

Swansea win a free-kick after Ki is clipped from behind by Moses. Now this one is in shooting range for Swansea.

Moses scores his first Premier League goal for Chelsea. From the corner, Cahill won the header and his effort was on target. But Moses gets a glancing touch to divert the ball and give Tremmel no chance.

GOAL MOSES (0-1)!!!

Hazard manages to get this set-piece on target. It is curling towards the right-hand corner but Tremmel dives to tip it away for a corner.

Britton, who has been booked, looks perplexed after tripping Oscar to see a foul awarded. Correct decision from referee Friend and this is in shooting distance for Chelsea around 30 yards from goal.

Chelsea's defence are playing a high line. They know Michu does not have the pace to run behind them. But then some intricate passing almost plays the forward in. Cech is brave to dive at his feet.

Very good work from Routledge to tackle back on Moses after Britton had lost the ball with a lazy, swipe at an attempted pass.

Oscar, who is wearing gloves, tackles back on Davies. But he is still failing to influence the game in attacking areas.

De Guzman's first delivery is headed out for another corner. On the second set-piece. De Guzman sends it in deep and Monk cannot meet the ball.

Trademark sliding, recovery tackle from Cole to stop Hernandez from getting a shot away. Corner to Swansea on the right.

Swansea's fans them come to life when Routledge looks to put Michu through on goal. Cech, though, is out to the edge of his box to pick up the ball before the Swansea forward can meet it.

The Liberty Stadium is very quiet at the start of the second half. You could hear a pin drop.

Torres chips a cross from just inside the penalty area and finds Moses. But Moses cannot quite get over the ball and nods out for a goal-kick.

Danger for Swansea as Hazard cuts in from the left and gets a right-footed shot on target from 18 yards. Tremmel dives to his right to save.

Moses claims he is fouled by De Guzman but play continues. De Guzman threads a pass forward towards Hernandez's run but Ivanovic is over to cover when Cahill was struggling for pace.

Not for the first time today, Hazard's corner is poor and is headed clear at the near post by Michu.

Early corner for Chelsea after Williams makes a mess of trying to put the ball out for a throw-in.

Sending on Ramires is an attacking move from Chelsea. He is more of a forward-thinking player than Romeu and should give the visitors a bit more impetus.

WE'RE BACK: Swansea get the second half under way. As many of you suggested they should do, Chelsea have sent on Ramires in place of Romeu.

John Balnaves says: "Chelsea need a striker that does the business. I can't work out why he has issues. It can't be that hard a life being Torres."

Nia Jones says: "It's disappointing to see Chelsea goalless at half time. Di Mateo really needs to make a decision to make a substitution and take Oscar or Romeu off for Ramires. Chelsea seriously need to up their game to stay on top!!"

Joe Manifold says: "Di Matteo needs to make a substitution. Take Romeu off for Ramires, we (Chelsea) need his influence on the pitch."

Swansea have had some good moves forward, particularly down the right. But they have not been able to seriously trouble Cech. Chelsea probably had the better chances, with Torres seeing a header cleared off the line. However, the striker has again looked a laboured and short on confidence, meaning his side have lacked some fluidity. Let me have your thoughts on the first half at peter.fraser@bskyb.com or via Twitter @SkySportsPeteF.

ADDED TIME: There will be a minimum of one minute added time before half-time.

Oscar has not had much influence on this first half. Chelsea perhaps need to find a way to get the Brazilian into the game. Corner to the visitors on the right but Hazard's delivery is again headed clear at the near post.

Chelsea move up the field and win a corner on the left. Hazard's set-piece is headed clear at the near post by Michu.

As I say that, Swansea play their way out of trouble nicely through Britton. Routledge then tries to take on Azpilicueta and the move breaks down.

As we approach half-time, Chelsea are applying some pressure. Swansea are struggling to keep the ball up field and Michu is becoming a bit isolated.

Azpilicueta follows Britton into the book for a foot-up challenge on Davies on the touchline. It was dangerous play by the Chelsea right-back.

Hazard has a wry smile after a coming together with Williams in the box. Hazard wants a penalty but it is the correct decision to give Swansea a goal-kick.

The free-kick is around 35 yards from goal and in the inside right channel. Hazard takes the set-piece and is looking for Cahill at the back post but there is too much on the ball and it drifts out for a goal-kick.

Britton is the first player to go in the book after a tackle from behind on Hazard. Swansea are not happy their player sees yellow given some of the fouls that have already happened.

Good tracking by Ki as he follows Moses into the penalty area when the Chelsea player was looking to collect a Hazard back-heel.

With 10 minutes plus any additional time to go until half-time, Swansea will be pleased with their performance. They, like Chelsea, have just not been able to pick the final ball or killer touch in front of goal.

Michu manages to get a shot off after collecting a pass from Williams. But it is a weak effort and a simple save for Cech.

Mikel should have been booked. He tried to control a long ball from the previous free-kick on his chest but he did not trap the ball. De Guzman snuck in to get the wrong side of the midfielder before being dragged back.

Hazard takes the free-kick but the ball ends up near the far corner flag. De Guzman and Britton double up on Cahill and tackle. Cahill has a little kick out at De Guzman when they are on the ground.

Monk is furious when he is adjudged to have fouled Hazard. The Swansea captain won the ball first before crashing into the Chelsea man at a counter-attack. It should not have been a free-kick.

A few Swansea fans are shouting for handball and a penalty against Cole when he is trying tackle Hernandez. Replays show Cole's arm brushed the ball when it bounced up but referee Friend is correct to not award any foul.

The corner comes to nothing. Either De Guzman curls the ball out of play or Monk is guilty of climbing in the box. Either way, it is Chelsea's ball.

Another corner for Swansea down the right. They will be happy with that but they were guilty of overplaying a little bit in the build-up to the set-piece when a shot was an option.

Good block from Mikel inside his own penalty area to block a goal-bound Ki shot.

Moses manages to dig out a cross from the right byline and finds Torres. But the striker is quite far out from goal in the penalty area and his header is then straight into the ground before Tremmel catches.

Oscar almost plays a give-and-go with Torres to break into the penalty area. But Torres' pass is sloppy and Williams is able to block.

Azpilicueta gets down the right before crossing. But it is an easy catch for the unchallenged Tremmel. Torres was deep outside the penalty area after playing an original pass to Azpilicueta.

Davies drives forward and cuts in from the left. He plays a ball for Michu but had taken an extra touch before the pass, which was enough of a delay for his team-mate to run offside.

Swansea have been positive in the opening 20 minutes. But Chelsea are posing a threat. Their off-the-ball movement has been excellent and it is just the final ball that has been missing.

Rangel wins a header against Cole and spins for the return pass. He would be in on goal but Michu does not spot the return ball.

Young Swansea left-back Davies wins applause from the Liberty Stadium after winning a header against Azpilicueta when Chelsea were trying to build an attack. Davies has started well.

Hazard has had a quiet start to the game and the playmaker now sends an effort over the crossbar from 20 yards.

De Guzman's corner is again put into the right area. Chelsea defend and then De Guzman's follow-up cross is cleared by Azpilicueta after it had been helped on by Monk.

Swansea are getting a lot of joy down the right. Hernandez wins a corner after some good build-up play. Although, Routledge probably should have shot before letting the ball roll to Hernandez.

Chelsea are not happy with referee Friend after he gets in the way of Cole's pass and deflects the ball out of play.

Brilliant stuff from Britton to jink past a couple of Chelsea players after Ki had lost the ball when overplaying on the edge of his own box.

Hernandez has started very well. He cuts in from the right, chips a cross over the head of Ivanovic and Michu meets the ball. But the forward gets too much on his touch on the edge of the six-yard box and sends the ball high and wide.

Torres meets the corner and heads at goal. The ball is going in at the far post but Britton sticks to his task and clears off the line. Chelsea's best chance so far and Ivanovic was close to getting a touch.

Corner to Chelsea on the left. Moses beats Rangel and Monk has to get over on the cover to slide a tackle.

After 11 minutes, Chelsea are not quite clicking when going forward. Torres' control has let him down a couple of times and Oscar's passing has not yet found its radar.

Hernandez is playing some lovely combination stuff with Routledge and Rangel down the Swansea right. Chelsea left-back Cole is being made to work hard.

The danger is not over for Chelsea. Swansea win another corner and this time it is on the left. Mikel, though, gets a good header to the ball to nod down field.

Swansea scored from a right-sided De Guzman corner against Liverpool and this one is another good delivery. But just as Monk is preparing for a header, Torres gets a vital forehead to the ball to clear.

Oscar takes the set-piece but his curled attempt only crashes into the shins of the Swansea wall and the home team break forward to win a corner on the right.

Free-kick to Chelsea around 25 yards from goal and in a central position after Britton tripped Oscar. This is a chance for a shot on target for Chelsea.

Swansea are not dropping off Chelsea and Michu is pushing on to the opposition defenders.

Lovely pass and move sees Rangel break behind the Chelsea defence down the right. He could have shot but tried to pull the ball back to Michu. Ivanovic sticks out a leg to block the pass. What a chance and a waste that was for Swansea.

Risky from Romeu as he almost gives the ball away when deep and in front of his own defence.

Lots of possession for Chelsea in the opening seconds before Williams steps in to intercept a pass from Oscar to Torres.

Swansea sat off both Manchester City and Liverpool in the opening minutes in their previous games before growing in confidence into the matches. It will be interesting to see if they do the same.

KICK-OFF: Chelsea get the game going.

Here come the teams. Swansea captain Monk and Chelsea skipper Cech lead out their respective sides at the Liberty Stadium.

OPTA FACT: Swansea have never won a Premier League game in November (D2 L1) or even scored a goal. They are the only team to play in the Premier League and not score in November.

Swansea were seconds away from defeating Chelsea at the Liberty Stadium last season before a Neil Taylor own goal resulted in a 1-1 draw. Laudrup, who succeeded Brendan Rodgers this summer, will want to go one better.

OPTA FACT: Despite their defeat to United last week, Chelsea still have one more point than they did at this stage in 2009/10; the last season they were champions, and two more than they did in 2004/05.

If you fancy a flutter on today's game, Skybet have a great range of markets. Swansea are 16/5, the draw is 13/5 and Chelsea are at 5/6. Torres is available as first goalscorer at 4/1.

Referee: K Friend Assistants: C Breakspear, M Scholes Fourth Official: J Moss.

Lewis Emslie says: "I'm a Chelsea fan and I still think we'll win even without Mata. Seeing Moses play is a relief. He was brilliant in midweek and I'd love to see Piazon come on at some point. I predict a 3-0 win for Chelsea. Torres to get two and Hazard to wrap it up. Come on you Blues!"

Here is a round-up of all the team news. Chelsea are without Luiz and Mata after the pair picked up knocks in the Capital One Cup tie against United. They are replaced by Ivanovic, back from suspension, and Oscar, respectively. Cole and Torres, who were both sent off against Swansea last season, return from injury and suspension while Mikel, at the centre of the Clattenburg controversy, starts in midfield. Swansea are without centre-half Chico due to a dead leg so club captain Monk comes in to the side, with top scorer Michu continuing up front and Tremmel in goal.

OPTA FACT: Every time Swansea have scored this season in the Premier League they have avoided defeat (W3 D2), but all four of the matches that they have lost have seen them fail to score.

For those asking, Chelsea have announced David Luiz and Juan Mata are absent due to injury.

Thanks for all the emails and tweets so far. Keep them coming. Lots of people are predicting a win for Chelsea this afternoon. But this is the third Swansea match in a row I have covered an I have been impressed with Laudrup's side, particularly Michu, against Manchester City and Liverpool. I do not think it will be a simple 90 minutes for Chelsea.

Karl Hobbes says: "Good Chelsea line up. I also felt that Mata could do with a rest, even though he had been our star man. 4-1 to Chelsea. Oscar MoM"

Ben says: "I'm a Chelsea fan and I think it will be 3-1 to us. With Mata injured, we may lack that killer instinct but it is nice to see Victor Moses start after a flawless performance against Manchester United in midweek. Still unsure about Romeu, although he did come from Barcelona's Academy. I think Torres, Oscar and Ivanovic will score. Come on you Blues!"

Aaron says: "I think Chelsea will win today by 2 goals, but we are lacking the cutting edge without Mata in the team."

Aniekan says: "Chelsea to comfortably win 2-0. Pressure at the top of the table after last week's outcome and with Man Utd winning against Arsenal. Chelsea would want to win to maintain the top spot. Swansea have also lost the momentum they had early on in the season."

Swansea team: Tremmel, Rangel, Monk, Williams, Davies, Britton, Ki Sung-Yueng, De Guzman, Routledge, Hernandez, Michu. Subs: Cornell, Tate, Tiendalli, Agustien, Dyer, Shechter, Graham.

Chelsea team: Cech, Azpilicueta, Ivanovic, Cahill, Cole, Romeu, Mikel, Moses, Oscar, Hazard, Torres. Subs: Turnbull, Ferreira, Bertrand, Ramires, Piazon, Marin, Sturridge.

Evan Kydd says: "If Chelsea's trio start (Hazard, Mata and Oscar), then Chelsea will come away with an easy three points. 4-1 to the London Blues."

How will today's game unfold? Roberto Di Matteo's Chelsea and Michael Laudrup's Swansea will both be on a high after their midweek Capital One Cup wins over United and Liverpool, respectively. Who will take the points today? You can get in touch with your predictions, opinions, thoughts on team selection and any other issues throughout the afternoon at peter.fraser@bskyb.com or via Twitter @SkySportsPeteF. I will publish a selection of the best.

Chelsea have of course been at the heart of controversy over the past weekend after the accusations of racism against referee Mark Clattenburg in last Sunday's defeat by Manchester United. They will want to stay away from negative headlines today.
