Marrow: Available for selection

Fleetwood's Alex Marrow returns from suspension for the midweek league clash.

On-loan Crystal Palace midfielder Marrow was sent off for two bookable offences in the goalless draw at Rochdale, causing him to miss the weekend's 3-0 FA Cup first-round win over Bromley.

The 22-year-old will have his work cut out earning a place in the starting XI, however, with Barry Ferguson poised to make his league debut having played 80 minutes at the weekend on the back of a loan move from neighbours Blackpool.

Barnsley loanee Rob Edwards suffered a hamstring injury with half an hour played at the weekend. He was replaced by Steve McNulty and Town's club captain is set to start for the first time since being struck down with a calf injury last month.

Fellow defender Shaun Beeley (thigh) misses out once more alongside experienced midfielder Damien Johnson (hamstring), while striker Andy Mangan (knee) is out for the long term.

Rotherham are likely to have striker Daniel Nardiello at their disposal.

Nardiello missed Saturday's thrilling FA Cup win over Stevenage with a groin injury, but trained on Sunday and Monday and is expected to be in Steve Evans' squad.

Evans is pondering freshening his side up for the fourth v sixth-placed encounter at Highbury, although changes will be at a minimum as the Millers have won their last four games.

David Noble (hamstring) remains a week or so away from a return while Lionel Ainsworth (shoulder), Dale Tonge (ankle) and Scott Shearer (knee) are all sidelined long-term.

Despite the Millers' impressive recent run of form, which has thrown them back into the promotion mix, Evans insists there is more to come.

He said: "The potential is here, but we are a work in progress, we are nowhere near where we want to be on the pitch. There is so much more work to be done and we are working as hard as we can."
