Uwe Rosler could hand debuts to defender Lee Hodson and striker Marcello Trotta.

Northern Ireland international Hodson and Italy Under-19 frontman Trotta signed loan deals at Griffin Park on Thursday, moving from Watford and Fulham respectively, and are eligible to feature against the Blades.

However, Rosler may choose to stick with the line-up that saw his side earn an impressive win on the road at Swindon in midweek.

On-loan Everton left-back Jake Bidwell, 19, will retain his place in Rosler's starting XI in what is scheduled to be his last appearance for the Bees under his current deal. But Toffees boss David Moyes has hinted he could allow the youngster to remain at Griffin Park.

"We're delighted with Jake being there," he told the Hounslow Chronicle. "It's good for Jake to get League football. He's a great boy, committed, diligent in his work and I think at the moment it's a good stepping stone for him."

Farid El Alagui (knee), Leon Legge (groin) and Tom Adeyemi (hamstring) are expected to miss out.

Sheffield United have been dealt a double blow as both Ryan Flynn and Shaun Miller have been ruled out through injury.

Winger Flynn and striker Miller, who has scored three goals in the Blades' last two matches, are both sidelined with calf injuries sustained in the midweek draw with Crewe.

In their absence, strikers John Cofie and Richard Cresswell, plus midfielder David McAllister will vie for a place in the starting line-up.

Manager Danny Wilson has no new injury or suspension problems, but defenders Tony McMahon and Matt Hill are both rated very doubtful due to respective hamstring injuries that have kept them out of the previous two matches.

Forward Dave Kitson remains sidelined with his hamstring problem, while goalkeeper Mark Howard (thigh) and defender Lecsinal Jean-Francois (knee) are long-term casualties.

The Problem With FA Cup Shocks...

...is that the draw for the next round is pretty shocking. Blackburn v Stoke, anybody? We also have mails on LVG and ManUnited, who drew plenty under Fergie...

You're Man Utd, For Crying Out Loud!

Defending a 0-0 draw with Cambridge on the grounds that other teams lost to lower-league opposition is not befitting of Man United. We're inclined to agree with Mailboxers...
