Fulham have the ball in the Swansea box after a corner. But a longer pass towards Riether is not anticipated by the full-back.
ADDED TIME: There will be a minimum of four minutes added time before the final whistle.
Craven Cottage has gone a little quiet. This is not really a grandstand finish as they chase an equaliser. Fulham are getting twitchy as they continue to slip down the table.
The ball drops at the feet of Hangeland inside the Swansea box but the makeshift striker's cross-shot cannot find a team-mate.
Swansea are keeping the ball in the Fulham half, which will be just what they want in the closing minutes after a few set-pieces and corners.
Fine save from Stockdale to partially redeem himself as he tips a long-range Angel effort around the post. Stockdale, though, then drops the corner and is lucky no Swansea player is following up.
Swansea are now just looking to run down the clock. They are taking their time over any throw-ins.
Fulham introduce Senderos for Frei. That has pushed Hangeland up the field as an emergency striker to win a few long balls.
Fulham make their change. Britton comes on in place of Agustien, who had just been booked.
Brilliant run from Dyer from the inside right channel sees the forward almost grab the ball inside the box. But Fulham just about manage to defend.
It looks like Swansea are getting ready to send on Britton.
Rodallega takes over the set-piece duty but from the free-kick in a central area he hits it straight at the wall. No improvement on Ruiz.
Excellent anticipation from Sidwell in midfield to intercept a pass and send Fulham forward. Rodallega carries the ball up field and is pushed by Agustien. The Swansea man is booked and it is a chance to shoot from the free-kick from 30 yards.
De Guzman has the chance to test Stockdale from 30 yards with a free-kick. But the effort goes into the Fulham wall and away.
Sidwell is booked for a late tackle in midfield.

Shortly after a blasting telling off from Berbatov for wasting a cross, Dejagah is replaced by Rodallega.
Jol has clearly told his team to gamble everything for an equaliser. They are at times leaving just one man back against two Swansea forwards.
Fulham are in a mode of all-out attack. Even Hangeland and Hughes are bringing the ball forward.
Fulham are wasting their chances. As the rain hammers down, Dejagah rushes his cross from inside the box and sends it out of play on the far side.
There is a sense there will be more goals in this game. It is end-to-end stuff. Swansea still look a threat on the counter-attack as Fulham chase the game.
Fulham are screaming for a penalty after an apparent push by Tiendalli on Frei. But play continues. Berbatov then has the ball in the back of the net but referee's assistant Massey correctly raises her flag for offside.
Fulham really should let someone else have a go with set-pieces. Ruiz's corner is again easily cleared but Frei's follow-up volley from 20 yards forces a save from Tremmel.
Fulham win another free-kick close to the corner flag on the right. Ruiz's delivery is again not great but it deflects just over the crossbar for a corner.
Swansea make their second change. Hernandez is only just back from injury and there are no risks taken as he is replaced by Davies.

Was taking off Routledge a mistake for Swansea? They are now lacking an out-ball when attempting to run possession out of danger.
Ruiz's corners have been wasteful. He curls another set-piece into the hands of Tremmel.
Fulham are pressing for an equaliser and Berbatov looks a different player to the first half.
Fulham are now rampant and Swansea defenders are forced in to two brave blocks to deny shots from inside the box.
After a mass scramble in the box and a good save from Tremmel to deny Berbatov, the ball dropped to Ruiz, whose shot goes into the back of the net. There is confusion over whether the goal will stand for offside. But referee Marriner consults with his assistant and lets the goal stand. It looks like the right decision. There was a deflection off Riether.
GOAL RUIZ (1-2)!!!
Ruiz forces a brilliant save from Tremmel with a volley from the edge of the box.
There is a break in play as Tiendalli looks like he has lost a contact lens.
Jol looks furious on the touchline.
Fulham's problems increase with an absolute clanger from Stockdale. When dealing with a back-pass, the goalkeeper smacks the ball into the legs of team-mate Hangeland. It ricochets kindly to De Guzman, who is left with a simple finish.
GOAL DE GUZMAN (0-2)!!!
A Fulham corner on the right causes problems but Swansea survive and move up field.
It has been all Fulham since the restart. Sidwell drives down the left touchline and wins a throw-in deep in Swansea territory.
A cross is just inches away from Hangeland. Tremmel came off his line to punch the ball clear but it looked like it was maybe Ruiz who accidentally cleared the ball.
Fulham have cranked up the pressure right from the start of the second half. Jol has clearly let his feelings be known at half-time.
Ruiz brilliantly curls the ball over the wall and Tremmel is motionless. Unfortunately for Fulham the ball is a lick of paint wide of the post.
Ki's first contribution is to fell Karagounis right on the edge of the Swansea box. This is a dangerous position for Ruiz.
Swansea have replaced Routledge with Ki at the break. Apparently it is a tactical decision.
WE'RE BACK: Swansea get the second half under way.
Fulham's confidence does look very fragile. They appear panicky and rushed. They need to address their slump down the table but are showing little sign of doing so.
There are a few boos from the Fulham fans as their team leave the field at the interval. Fulham are trailing to Graham's goal, which Swansea deserve. Berbatov has struggled to influence the game after a bright start. Ruiz, making his first start since injury, has been Fulham's best player. Swansea look a threat on the counter-attack through the pace of Dyer and Routledge.
HALF-TIME: FULHAM 0 SWANSEA 1

Laudrup is looking typically composed when sat on the Swansea dugout. He will be pleased with what he has seen from a much-changed team in the first half.
Ruiz's set-pieces have been a disappointment this afternoon. Another free-kick around 35 yards from goal and his attempt to cross towards Hangeland at the back post only goes into the hands of Tremmel.
The game has suddenly become a bit scrappy as we approach half-time.
Ruiz warms the hands of Tremmel with a 25-yard effort after being allowed to cut in on his favoured left foot. Fulham keep the pressure on and win a corner but Ruiz's set-piece is hoofed clear at the near post.
De Guzman's corner goes to the back post. But Hangeland beats Graham in the air to head clear.
Very intelligent play from Dyer as he intentionally volleys the ball against Briggs around 30 yards from the goalline to pick up a slight flick and win a corner. That was intentional.
Berbatov has gone very quiet since Fulham went behind. For all his clever control and neat touches, Jol's team do need a bit more from the Bulgarian.
Karagounis, though, then wins the ball back for Fulham in midfield after showing good strength to hold off De Guzman.
Karagounis is the first player to go in the book after a wild, sliding tackle which took out the ankles of Dyer. That was a clear yellow card.
Ruiz's corner is not attacked by a Fulham player and Stockdale can punch clear. Again, Swansea break from a Fulham set-piece and Briggs has to cut off Hernandez from breaking in on goals after Hughes failed to convince with a defensive header.
Dejagah does well down the right to win a Fulham corner.
Swansea have eased back a little since initially looking intent on getting a quick second goal. That is in turn letting Fulham back in to the contest in midfield.
Ruiz's passing radar is not at its best all of a sudden as he plays a ball to Sidwell, who was not expecting it to arrive at his back.
Fulham to their credit are pressing Swansea with high pressure. Dejagah chases down Williams when Swansea were trying to pass their way out of defence.

There are a few groans around Craven Cottage as Riether gives the ball away.
This will be an examination of Fulham's mentality. Amid their struggles, they need to regain some self-belief. An aimless pass forward from Sidwell goes straight out for a goal-kick.
The goal has given Swansea a huge boost of confidence. They are now passing the ball with their usual swagger.
It is almost an immediate response from Fulham. The ball drops to Frei wide on the left and his cross-shot whistles just wide of the far post.
Swansea take the lead after a couple of minutes of pressure. Dyer had the chance to send the ball towards goal with a cross-shot from the right inside the box and Stockdale could only palm the ball back into the danger area. From the edge of the six-yard box, Graham dropped his shoulder to send a volley into the back of the net.
GOAL GRAHAM (0-1)!!!
Hangeland heads clear the corner but Swansea return the ball to the box. Fulham seem to stop, expecting an offside flag, and just clear the cross.
Trouble in the Fulham box as a deflection gives the ball to Routledge. Hughes has to rush out and deflect Routledge's attempted pass for a corner.
Briggs has had a good game so far. He is attacking at every opportunity.
De Guzman this time fires the corner low to the front post. Berbatov is able to volley clear.
Swansea are showing some good signs down the right. Dyer and the fit-again Angel combine for the latter to win another corner.
De Guzman's corner goes to the back post and Williams keeps the ball alive. But Monk then elbows Hangeland inside the penalty area and it is a free-kick to Fulham.
Berbatov drops a bit deeper and then chips a cross towards Frei. But Swansea break and Dyer's shot from 20 yards deflects off Briggs for a corner.
It is shaping up to a battle of styles between Berbatov and Williams. Fulham's striker is having the better of things when with the ball at his feet but Williams is winning everything in the air.
As would be expected of the home team, Fulham have started on the front foot and Swansea are so far struggling to get the ball to Graham.
Another corner to Fulham, won by Riether. The set-piece from the right finds Berbatov in a central position on the edge of the six-yard box. His first-time volley goes straight into the ground and bounces just over the crossbar.
It is easy to see already what Ruiz brings back to Fulham after returning to the starting XI. He is dropping deep and looking to provide service to Berbatov.
Ruiz disguises the free-kick and, instead of shooting, chips to the far post toward Berbatov. Williams stands strong and can head clear on the dive.
Tiendalli brings down Ruiz around 20 yards from goal on the right of the Swansea box. Ruiz is over the free-kick.
Neat flick from Dyer down the right but his touch does not find a team-mate and he skips away in frustration.
A Sidwell shot from the edge of the box takes a deflection and spins into the Swansea 18-yard area. Berbatov is trying to get hold of possession but gives away a foul.

KICK-OFF: Fulham get the game going.
With five minutes to kick-off in both Fulham and Swansea's final game of 2012, I think this could be a good game. Both teams like to play attractive football and there should be plenty of nice passing on show. Fulham and Swansea have had good years and will want to finish on a high after recent wobbles.
OPTA FACT: Danny Graham has played 678 minutes without conceding a foul, more than any other Premier League player this season.
Fulham will be out for revenge against Swansea today. The Londoners lost at home and away to the Welsh club last season without scoring a goal.
Referee: Andre Marriner Assistants: R West and S Massey Fourth official: N Swarbrick
OPTA FACT: Without Michu's goals this season, Swansea would drop from ninth to 16th place. Dimitar Berbatov's goals have won Fulham only three points this season.
Jol makes six changes to his Fulham team from the Southampton game, including Stockdale coming in for the injured Schwarzer while Briggs replaces Riise.
Both Martin Jol's Fulham and Michael Laudrup's Swansea will be looking to get back on track this afternoon. Fulham have won only one of their last 11 Premier League games while Swansea have not won in four and have taken just two points in that time.
Fulham team: Stockdale, Riether, Hughes, Hangeland, Briggs, Dejagah, Karagounis, Sidwell, Frei, Ruiz, Berbatov. Substitutes: Etheridge, Kelly, Riise, Senderos, Baird, Richardson, Rodallega.
