Cheltenham boss Mark Yates has no injury or suspension concerns after his side came through their FA Cup defeat to Everton unscathed.

Darren Carter was an injury concern ahead of the 5-1 defeat to the Barclays Premier League side and the former West Brom midfielder's substitution was just as a precaution and he is likely to retain his place in the line-up.

Welsh striker Kaid Mohamed started for the first time in a month against the Toffees and he will hope to have done enough to get the nod over fellow forward Darryl Duffy against the Minstermen.

Meanwhile, Yates is working hard to bring in a few new players to improve his side in the next 10 days as the Robins look to maintain their promotion push.

"We need to improve one or two things, we need to keeping working on the boys that we've got, keep the great spirit that we've got but also the current boys in the squad need a little bit of help," Yates told the club's official website.

"We'll make sure we're refreshed, recovered, be full of energy and will play as well as we can."

Ashley Chambers has undergone surgery to resolve a stomach/groin problem and will be sidelined for several more weeks for York.

Leading goalscorer Chambers has been out since the home win over Bristol Rovers in the middle of last month, but winger Alex Rodman's loan spell from Aldershot has been extended until the end of the season and he will be available.

Manager Gary Mills could be tempted to make changes following last week's home defeat to Exeter, with midfielders Jon Challinor, Lee Bullock and John McReady, plus defender Lanre Oyebanjo all staking their claims for a return to the side in the reserves' midweek win over Northallerton Town.

Centre-half Chris Doig is still struggling with the ankle injury he sustained in the Boxing Day defeat at Chesterfield, so David McGurk will continue at the heart of defence, while Oli Johnson (groin) and fellow striker Michael Coulson (knee) remain long-term absentees.
