Joe Murphy: Set undergo a late fitness test

Coventry will assess goalkeeper Joe Murphy ahead of their home clash against Yeovil as they look to bounce back from Johnstone's Paint Trophy disappointment.

First-choice Murphy was forced off at half-time in Tuesday's 3-0 northern area final defeat at home to Crewe nursing a hamstring injury, with replacement Chris Dunn on standby to start from the off against the Glovers should he be required.

Otherwise, manager Mark Robins is expected to have a fully-fit squad for an important league clash in which City must swiftly shrug off any Trophy hangover to keep their play-off aspirations on course.

The Sky Blues signed forward Danny Philliskirk on Thursday on a deal until the end of the season and he could make Robins' matchday 18.

Yeovil will be without Middlesbrough loanee Matty Dolan.

The 19-year-old had only just agreed to extend his stay at Huish Park for a further month when he sustained an ankle injury against Brentford.

The midfielder limped off in the first half of the 3-0 victory and will travel back from Saturday's match with his team-mates as he wants to do his rehab with the Glovers.

Joe Edwards could come into the side as the Glovers look to build on their impressive victory over Uwe Rosler's men.

The only other injury concern is Nathan Ralph, who has played just 12 minutes of competitive football since the start of October after knee and ankle issues. This weekend's trip will probably come too soon for the full-back.

Yeovil, whose match with Oldham was postponed on Tuesday night, have won their last five games and sit on the verge of the League One play-off places.
