Seconds remaining and Swansea have another free kick but there's no time to take it and it's all over. Three points for the home side. Newcastle will be disappointed.

Foul on Michu and Swansea will want more of that in the closing moments.

First Newcastle subs. Ameobi and Marveaux on, Tiote and Gutierrez off.

Routledge down the left with the cross. Newcastle make a real mess of it and Moore forces home. Moore's first league goal for a year.

Sissoko decides to go himself and it isn't a bad choice. A decent strike but goes wide.

Ki played in by Hernandez but Elliot is equal to it and saves. Should have scored.

That's what we have been waiting for. Cabaye finds his range and shoots but Vorm tips it onto the bar and over. Cracking attempt.

Newcastle appear to be coping far better with the likes of de Guzman, Michu, Hernandez and Britton now.

Elliot will want Yanga-Mbiwa to put a little bit more on his balls back towards goal. He cleared, just.

Sissoko still prepared to make the runs at the other end for Newcastle though and he wins a throw for his side.

de Guzman takes the corner and Ki with his first touch heads wide via a deflection. What a first touch that could have been.

And that's it. All square at the break but plenty of chances and talking points.

Gouffran fouls Routledge and it's another Swansea free kick. One minute of injury time.

Cabaye, this time for a tackle from behind on Dyer.

Debuchy down the right again, he's really played well this half, but his cross just dips over the bar. He's certainly having a go.

Tiote with a high foot on Dyer receives the first yellow card of the afternoon.

Unlucky Debuchy. Got in down the right again but his cut back cannoned off Davies and back onto his own leg for a goal kick.

Gouffran certainly looking threatening down the left and he wins another corner for Newcastle.

de Guzman fouls Sissoko 35 yards from goal. Cabaye will take it. Can he test Vorm? Yes, but straight into Vorm's arms.

Cabaye starting to enjoy more of the ball. He probs it over the top to Cisse but Vorm comes out and claims. Better from Newcastle.

Another terrible set piece by Cabaye and it goes straight out of play.

Newcastle free kick after Dyer brings down Gouffran in a dangerous area on the left.

Corner for Newcastle after superb play between Sissoko and Debuchy. Cabaye takes but it goes out for another corner. Wasted.

Game turned scrappy for a moment then but normal service resumes with a Newcastle free kick but Gutierrez can't control.

Twenty minutes in and although we haven't had a goal the fans will not be disappointed with the entertainment. Davies this time gets the better of Cisse in the left back spot to start another Swansea attack.

Santon clears to give Newcastle some breathing space.

End to end. Gouffran gets in behind on the left and when he can't find Cisse Swansea intercept and start an attack through Michu.

Elliot slices out of play. Newcastle looking shaky.

Debuchy goes down under pressure from Davies but the ball glides out of play. Pardew wants more from his side.

Great ball over the top by Williams but Dyer can't control and it runs through to Elliot.

de Guzman walks past Tiote and fires towards goal. Elliot can't hold it and it's cleared. Close again.

Terrible defending by Newcastle. Alan Pardew will have to sort that out. His side should be behind.

Tiote fouls Dyer. Swansea free kick. de Guzman aims for Michu who diverts it past Elliot to Williams but Taylor manages to clear off the line. Should have scored.

Dyer breaks down the right but his cut back is blocked. Swansea really getting into the game now.

Brilliant from Hernandez down the left. He skipped past Debuchy and flicked it through Cabaye's legs. His cross was long but when the ball was played back in Michu headed over.

de Guzman and Dyer try to get a move going down the right. Newcastle defend well.

Sloppy from Swansea. Gouffran wins the ball easily from Rangel but his cross is long and out of play. Great start by Newcastle.

Swansea have chance to break from the early Newcastle pressure with a goal kick

Newcastle with all the play early on. But, it is very early. Sissoko making a couple of good runs.
