Jamie Young: Likely to feature for Shots

Aldershot will again assess numerous injury concerns.

First-choice goalkeeper Jamie Young is likely to return between the posts having missed Tuesday's 2-1 home defeat to Burton having suffered concussion in the second half of last Saturday's 1-1 draw at Bradford.

Left-back Anthony Tonkin also sat out in midweek due to a side injury sustained in training and he will be assessed, as will defender Troy Brown, who has been sidelined for over a month.

Striker Danny Hylton is highly unlikely to feature due to the knee injury which has left him on crutches watching the club's last two games from the stands.

Meanwhile, midfielder Jordan Roberts has been recalled from his loan spell at non-league Bishop's Stortford and could be involved.

The Shots, 21st in the league and just three points above the drop zone, go into the clash two points adrift of the Dons.

Pim Balkestein is an injury doubt for AFC Wimbledon.

The Dutch defender was withdrawn at half-time during Tuesday night's 3-1 win at Southend due to a hamstring problem.

Mat Mitchel-King moved across to centre-half after Balkestein went off with fit-again Jonathan Meades (ankle), who started in midfield, dropping to right-back.

With defenders Will Antwi (hip) and Jim Fenlon (back) still sidelined, Mitchel-King will remain in the centre and Meades on the right if Balkestein is ruled out.

Left-back Kelly Youga and winger Kevin Saint-Luce started their fist games for the Dons at Roots Hall and should keep their places.

Luke Moore staked his claim for a start in attack by climbing off the bench to hit the third goal.
