Goals from Conrad Balatoni and Christie Elliott earned the visitors victory at a snowy New Douglas Park to keep the gap at the top to two points.

Balatoni put the visitors in front just before half-time, firing home after a goalmouth scramble ensued from Ross Forbes' corner.

The home side had their fair share of chances but were unable to take them and Partick took full advantage.

Elliott sealed victory in style with a magnificent strike four minutes from time.
