FT: Man City 2 Norwich 3

All over at the Etihad Stadium. Poor effort by Manchester City - but a great win for Norwich thanks to Howson's stunning strike. Thanks for joining me. We'll have report and reaction shortly.

Handball by Richards as Aguero threatens.

The Etihad stadium is emptying out. Disappointing end to the season for Manchester City.

More awful defending by Lescott lets in Tettey who should finish the game off but his outside footed effort goes just wide.

Three minutes of added time to come. Can the deposed champions find a late, late equaliser?

Former Leeds striker Lucciano Becchio comes on to replace goalscorer Holt.

Chance for Aguero but his effort is deflected wide. Milner puts in the corner but Dzeko can't find a telling touch.

Yaya Toure goes to ground in the box but looked more sinner than sinned against. Ruddy gathers to clear the danger.

Bennett burst clear down the left but his centre is picked up by Lescott who hesitates before clearing. Almost a mix up with Hart there.

A miserable afternoon for Lescott is summed up as he receives the first yellow card of the day for a cynical block on Pilkington.

Dzeko looks to combine with Silva but the Bosnian can't take the ball.

Kolarov tries to cross from the left but Martin is able to hammer clear.

Milner again gets space and slips in Dzeko but he clips his near post effort over the bar.

The home side turning the screw now as Milner looks to centre the ball but Ruddy is able to gather.

Silva looks to feed Aguero but the Argentine can't take the ball in his stride.

Milner tries to lift his side but the balls ends up safely in the arms of Ruddy.

Snodgrass tries to curl a centre in but it's too easy for Hart who gathers.

Ruddy tries to be a little too clever and nearly pays the penalty but the Norwich defence scrambles clear.

Changes for both sides as Johnson makes way for Tettey while Silva is on for two-goal Rodwell

Norwich back in the lead as Jonny Howson bursts clear from the halfway line and turns away from Richards before slotting it past Hart with his left foot. What a sensational goal.

Whittaker is having a torrid time but Dzeko hammers his shot over the bar

Great equaliser from Rodwell who outpaced Whittaker down the left and fired it across Ruddy and into the corner. Superb work by the midfielder and a stunning finish.

Holt goes to ground under challenge from Zabaleta - but it's the home side who get the decision.

Holt puts Norwich back into the lead. Superb work by Snodgrass who plays a perfect ball across the six yard box and the Canaries striker slots it home from close range.

Snodgrass goes down in the box but again referee Halsey turns away. That's the third decent penalty shout the Canaries have had.

Tevez ends his season as he comes off to be replaced by fellow Argentine Sergio Aguero.

Great ball in by Snodgrass finds the head of his former Leeds teammate Bradley Johnson but Hart pulls off a fine save to keep the score level.

The teams are on their way out for the second half. No changes for either side.

That's the half-time break. Good effort by the visitors who have profited from some shocking defending by the home side who look allat sea at the back. Join me shortly for the final 45 minutes of the season.

Poor challenge by Milner on Garrido who escapes a booking. Surely that was a clear yellow.

Martin comes so close to putting the Canaries back into the lead but he can't get enough on Snodgrass' cross-shot and it goes behind. What a chance!

Hoolihan plays a teasing ball in for Holt but the striker just can't reach the centre and clear for a corner which comes to nothing.

Toure looks to play in Nasri but his chip is just beyond the former Arsenal midfielder.

Tevez runs at the visitors and earns a corner which Kolarov takes but Dzeko's header bounces over the bar.

Although level, Manchester City's defence is all over the place. They are missing the reassuring presence of Vincent Kompany. Lescott and Richards are struggling to find any sort of understanding.

Snodgrass free-kick is tipped over by Hart who could easily have caught the ball as it dipped. The Scottish international takes the corner left-footed but Johnson heads wide.

Rodwell equalises - and it's a sweet goal. Nasri plays in to Dzeko's feet. His lay off is perfect for the former Everton man who hammers his first goal for City beyond Ruddy. Superb response from the home side.

Pilkington puts Norwich ahead - and it's thoroughly deserved. Awful play from Yaya Toure, a powderpuff challenge from Lescott and the Canaries midfielder finishes sweetly with his left foot as he picks up the break of the ball.

Kolarov's cross is dangerous but it just evades Dzeko's outstretched foot at the near post.

Great goalline clearance by Lescott as Martin climbs high to power in a header. Norwich have come to life here and could easily have found themselves ahead.

Penalty shout for Norwich as Zabaleta ploughs into the back of Pilkington but Halsey gives a corner. The Man City skipper was fortunate to get away with that challenge. As the ball comes back in the ball appears to clip Richards' arm but again appeals for a spot-kick are waved away.

Zabaleta bursts forward but his cross is behind Tevez and Howson is able to bring the ball out of defence.

Dzeko gets across his marker to flick Nasri's cross goalbound but his header is held by Ruddy who was in the right place to deny him.

Holt does well and turns Lescott easily but fails to find the target. The Man City defender let the striker get away from him too easily there.

Kolarov comes forward and earns the home side a corner. He takes it himself but Dzeko misses his header and the Canaries are able to scramble clear.

Snodgrass eases past Lescott and has a go with his left foot but it's a tame shot and is easily gathered by Hart. That's a chance on target though.

Tevez tries to pick a pass but the ball runs harmlessly through to Ruddy.

Zabaleta on the charge but he is denied at the expense of a corner which Milner takes. He finds Dzeko but his header goes over the bar.

Bradley Johnson has a go from long range but his effort is blocked. However the visitors continue to press and force a corner which Snodgrass takes but Dzeko is able to head clear.

Holt bursts through on goal after a neat through ball by Howson but he's narrowly offside. If he's left it for Hoolihan he would have been onside and with a clear run on Joe Hart's net.

Plenty of gaps in the crowd this afternoon as Milner and Tevez combine but Ruddy comes out smartly to gather.

Mark Halsey, who retires today, gets the game under way.

Just moments until kick off as Blue Moon poigniantly echoes around the stadium. Ahh memories of 12 months ago.

Warm welcome back to the Etihad for Javier Garrido who has been on loan at Norwich City.

The teams are on their way out. Zabaleta is the Manchester City skipper this afternoon. Just the pre-match handshakes to go.

Cian has been in touch to say: "City are obviously going to be runners up in the league, but I don't see the point in them sacking Mancini, he was class! I think Norwich could cause them a bit of trouble but City will be able to handle it, 5-1 City!"

Ian says: Greetings from a Man City fan living in exile here in Mallorca. My beloved blues will be to strong for the Canaries this afternoon. I am going for a 4-1 win to the Blues. I can see goals from Tevez, Dzeko & Rodwell." I'll keep your fingers crossed for you, Ian

Plenty of banners supporting sacked manager Roberto Mancini around the Etihad this afternoon. What are your thoughts on the club's decision to replace him? Get in touch via email - chris.harvey@bskyb.com - or via Twitter - @skysportswebed

Chris from Belfast says: "I reckon we're going to hammer Norwich 5-0 today. It's been coming."

A confident @tylerevansncfc has been in touch via Twitter and says: "Mancini going, I can see Norwich taking this! So i think 1-0 Norwich!" Big call, Tyler.

Chris has been in touch via email and says: "Sitting here on my sun lounger in Gran Canaria being a NCFC fan cannot see us getting much! Was at the Etihad last season for that demolition, but we held our own at home! Point would be a good effort but am still eyeing up norwich at 10/1 on sky bet... Worth a fiver?" Well it just might be, Chris, with the deposed champions winding down to the end of the campaign.

Norwich have eyes on a top-half finish and are 11/1 to beat Premier League runners-up Manchester City (1/4) on the final day. Carlos Tevez and Sergio Aguero are inseparable at 4/1 in the first goalscorer market, with the latter having scored four goals in three games against Norwich since his move to England.

First prediction in via Twitter from @alexbulions who says: "I can't see a Norwich win today. I predict 3-1 to (Man) City"

Man City: Pantilimon, Clichy, Maicon, Garcia, Barry, Silva, Aguero Norwich: Bunn; Fox, E.Bennett, Becchio, Barnett, Butterfield, Tettey.

Ruddy; R.Martin, Whittaker, Johnson, Howson, Snodgrass, Holt (C), Pilkington, Hoolahan, Garrido, R.Bennett.

City team
Hart, Zabaleta, Richards, Lescott, Kolarov, Yaya Toure, Rodwell, Milner, Tevez, Nasri, Dzeko. So no Vincent Kompany for the deposed champions today. What a contrast to the final game of the last campaign.
