Lee Mason leads the teams out...

A couple of presentations going on before the game on the pitch. The players are gathering in the tunnel waiting to come out...

The atmosphere really starting to build ahead of the final game of the season...

I have spotted a couple of fans with bobble hats on! Incredible! There are some fans with flip flops on I might add.

Fulham have struggled slightly since securing 40 points. Their travelling fans will expect Martin Jol to strengthen this summer and to finish higher up the table next season.

It's a glorious day in Wales. Few teams deserve a lap of honour as much as Swansea. They could finish as high as eighth position and have also won the League Cup.

You can Tweet me this afternoon @FootballMcD and I will try to get as many of your thoughts on as possible...
