Whistle goes and a frantic match finishes 1-1. Both teams are still looking for their first win.

QPR break and Cisse breaks inside, and unleashes one but it is just wide.

Kebe breaks into box, he cuts back but fires straight at Onuoha - end to end stuff.

Tabb breaks into QPR half, he feeds Hunt on the edge of the box - he goes for goal but it is poor and well wide.

Le Fondre goes down in the box and is booked for a dive.

Cisse does well and looks for Zamora at the back post but Gunter is in well to deter him and McCarthy claims it.

Ferdinand up but not happy about leaving the field. Morrison takes a long throw, Gorkss flicks on for Robson-Kanu but his header is straight at Cesar. And QPR break...

Five minutes of added time, not including this delay.

Play stopped as Ferdinand and Morrison clash heads in QPR box.

QPR win corner off Gorkss. Corner comes in, but cleared only as far as Diakite but Morrison makes a good block on the edge of the box.

Final Reading change as Roberts is off, replaced by Adam Le Fondre.

Very good chance for Leigertwood, he wins the ball ahead of Zamora but from the edge of the box sends his shot wide.

Taarabt with another good run into box but he pulls his shot woefully wide.

Corner comes in but Reading clear, but then short back pass sells McCarthy short and Zamora is almost in but he just can't get on the end of it.

Nedum Onuoha replaces Traore.

Great save from McCarthy, as QPR break through Cisse, he plays in Taarabt who comes inside looking for the corner but the Reading keeper makes a top save.

Mackie is replaced by Bobby Zamora.

Roberts wins another Reading corner. Shorey to take, Robson-Kanu is up but he puts it wide. Decent chance.

Hal Robson-Kanu replaces McAnuff.

Danger for Reading as Gorkss clips Cisse about 25-yards from goal. Granero is over it, but it is over the bar.

Getting very scrappy, neither side on top.

Good forceful run from Diakite takes him to the edge of the box but he fires well wide.

Ball into the area from Kebe, Hunt wins it but easy for Cesar to claim.

Great chance for Roberts as McAnuff frees Shorey in the box, he plays it back for the Grenadan but his shot is straight at Ferdinand.

Looping ball into the QPR box from Gunter looking for Hunt but good claim from Julio Cesar.

Wonderful run from Kebe from the edge of his down box, into QPR's half but he fires over from 25-yards.

Another long ranger from Taarabt, McCarthy has to palm this one away. QPR well on top now.

GOAL - Djibril Cisse - Good ball in from Bosingwa, Morrison misses the diving header and the Frenchman collects and pokes the ball home.

Another QPR corner as Traore's cross is seen behind by Gunter - taken shot for Taarabt he gets the ball into the box but Leigertwood clears.

Hunt is back up, groggy but looks set to carry on.

Game is stopped as Hunt is down after being caught by a stray arm from Granero.

McCleary is replaced by by Jimmy Kebe.

Hoilett on the charge and he wins a corner - ball comes in from Taarabt looking for Nelsen at the back post but he can't convert.

Good ball from Hoilett to Cisse, his shot is blocked - Bosingwa takes it on and looks for Mackie in the box, he goes down looking for penalty but nothing given.

Traore on the attack and wins corner off Gunter but Reading clear their lines.

Shorey takes corner and Leigertwood meets it but heads over, he should have done better.

More good work from McAnuff down the left as he combines with Shorey, his crosses deep into the box but Ferdinand rises to head clear. Roberts then wins corner off Bosingwa.

McAnuff wins free-kick out wide after being tugged over by Bosingwa. Shorey takes and Morrison meets it but sends it wide.

Gunter attacks down the right looks for one-two with McCleary but the winger's return is too heavy.

Break from Diakite but he is brought down by Tabb at the corner of the area. Granero goes for goal but hits the side-netting.

Shorey is over to take this time, but Morrison can't connect and QPR clear.

Nelsen has to turn the ball behind after nice work from Roberts set McAnuff free. Corner taken short but McAnuff wins another off Granero.

Reading re-start the match, neither side has made a change at the break.

Some Reading fans in hopeful mood now, like Jack Hope who has mailed in, he is confident his boys can hold on.

Half-time whistle goes and Reading have the lead at the break.

Corner late on for QPR as Leigertwood turns a Diakite cross behind. Taarabt short one for Hoilett, he gets it back but Gorkss clears his cross away.

One minute of added time.

Shorey with another set-piece, but not great and Bosingwa heads clear.

Reading unlucky as Tabb dives in and wins ball off Armand Traore and the away side would have been clear on the break, but foul is given. Tabb and Reading not happy.

Another QPR free-kick, this time on the left. Granero again takes but Reading easily clear.

Fantastic save from McCarthy as Granero looks to have found the top corner but the Reading keeper denies him with his finger tips as the ball cannons off the crossbar. Brilliant stuff.

Mackie runs at Reading defence and wins free-kick on the edge of the box as Morrison trips him. Real chance here, Cisse and Granero fancy it.

Yet again Taarabt finds room 25-yards from goal and he tries to curl one, but again it is comfortable for McCarthy.

Granero with time on the edge of the box, he feeds Bosingwa but he sends a left-footed shot over the bar.

Granero takes free-kick but good header away from Gorkss. Reading try to counter and Tabb is almost clear but Diakite makes excellent tackle in midfield.

First booking is for Hunt as he trips Diakite.

Real danger here for QPR, as Reading have a free-kick 25-yards out as Hoilett fouled Tabb. Shorey takes but sends it just over, should have hit the target.

Lovely ball from Leigertwood as he sends Roberts down the left, he cuts inside but Ferdinand just manages to get a block in.

Some unhappy QPR fans getting touch - Conor Lusted on Twitter says he knows the probelm. ‏"@SkyGraemeBailey QPR don't need to sack Mark Hughes, they need to get the players to be bothered about the club and not the money."

Taarabt this time gets on on target, but it is straight at McCarthy from the edge of the box. QPR getting a lot of space in midfield.

Roberts one-on-one with Nelsen, but the Kiwi stopper does very well and comes away with the ball.

Bosingwa looks for some room down the right, and he gets cross in but straight at the Reading goalkeeper. Poor.

Another long-range effort from QPR, this time Taarabt looks for goal from 30-yards and although he strikes it well, it is wide of McCarthy's goal.

QPR get forward, good play from Samba Diakite and his ball into the box finds Cisse, but he scuffs his shot wide.

Morrison causing all sorts of problems in QPR box when he goes forward.

Gorkss, like in the League Cup tie earlier this season, does not celebrate against his former club.

Reading on the attack again and win corner. Shorey takes and again finds Morrison whose header at back post finds its way to Garath McLeary - whose shot is deflected wide for another corner. This time Morrison is penalised for a foul.

GOAL - Kaspars Gorkss - The Latvian defender shows great technique to volley home from eight yards after Morrison's header rebounded off the crossbar after he beat Ferdinand in the air.

McAnuff again with time on the right, another corner is the result. Shorey takes...

Nice ball from Taarabt for Junior Hoilett and he unleashes one from 25-yards but it is just wide.

More time for McAnuff on the right, but the Reading skipper gets his delivery all wrong as it is too strong and straight out behind for a goal-kick.

Good run from Jobi McAnuff as he beats Jose Bosingwa, and he wins a corner. Shorey takes but Taarabt clears ahead of Mikele Leigertwood.

Good run from Djibril Cisse, he powers his way to edge of the box before firing just over.

Mackie looks to break and he beats Gorkss to the ball as he lifts it over him, but he just can't keep the ball in play.

First chance for QPR as Taarabt picks up the ball 30-yards from goal, he immediately looks up and goes for the hit and Morrison blocks it away for a corner. Reading clear the set-piece comfortably.

Great chance for Reading. Jay Tabb turns in the middle and surges into the box before feeding Hunt but he can't get his shot cleanly away and Ferdinand deflects it wide. Reading make a mess of the corner and allow QPR to counter.

QPR on the attack as Mackie looks to surge through, but debutant Sean Morrison is there to pass back to Alex McCarthy - who clears his lines.

Danger as Jamie Mackie gives away free-kick on Reading's left. Nicky Shorey puts the ball and Kaspars Gorkss rises unmarked but his header is well wide. Jason Roberts recovers the ball and fires it into six-yard box and Taarabt is needed to clear off the line.

Reading push on early with Noel Hunt looking for through ball but Anton Ferdinand is over well to clear.

QPR get us underway kicking from left to right.

Teams are out, hands are shaken and we are nearly ready for kick-off.

But Duncan McGeachie seems to some up the feeling amongst both sets of fans at the moment: "This game isn't a 6 pointer, its a 12 pointer minimum. Either team loses, its gonna be such a morale drop!"
