With boardroom matters at Ibrox again dominating the headlines, Lee McCulloch opened the scoring for the Third Division champions but goals from Scott Ross and Rory McAllister won the day for the visitors.

McCulloch lashed in his 26th goal of the season with 12 minutes on the clock but Ross levelled matters when he headed Ryan Strachan's corner (23) beyond Neil Alexander.

David Templeton saw his effort come back off the post before McAllister collected Steven Noble's pass and rifled into the top corner to silence the home support.

Despite their best endeavours, the men in light blue could not find an equaliser - Ian Black and McCulloch coming closest in the shadow of the final whistle.
