Chris Hegarty's season is over after he underwent a hernia operation while Lee Wallace (knee) and Emilson Cribari (calf) will also miss the Ibrox clash.
Andy Mitchell and teenager Luca Gasparotto are likely to feature again as Ross Perry is still struggling with a hamstring problem.
"Defensively we are really thin on the ground again but Luca Gasparotto has done well and we've got one or two others who have come in and done well," said Gers boss Ally McCoist.
"Andy Mitchell is one of those who did well at right back and then we switched him to left back so we'll shuffle things around."
One positive for McCoist is the return of midfielder Lewis Macleod, who is primed to make his first appearance following three months on the sidelines.
"He will feature tomorrow," said McCoist. "If the fans want to see anybody out on that park tomorrow it would be Lewis.
"He's certainly been one of the stars of our team this year. In terms of a young lad coming in he has done tremendously well."
Berwick travel to Glasgow needing at least a point to ensure a place in the playoffs.
The Black and Gold are three points clear of fifth-placed Elgin, who are favourites to defeat bottom club East Stirling at home.
